Lotte head coach Larry Sutton has expressed his faith in his team after missing a day of action due to illness.

“I took the prescribed medication and rested well,” Sutton said before the game against Kiwoom at Gocheok Sky Dome on the 18th.

The day before, Sutton had complained of dizziness and was unable to take charge of the game. Head coach Lee Jong-woon took over as acting head coach and Lotte won 15-4 to complete the sweep against SSG.메이저사이트

The team’s victory was the best ‘medicine’ for the head coach. “I slept well because of it,” Sutton laughed.

“I never doubted (the win). The players and coaching staff have worked hard all year to prepare well. The players always play hard. We were missing a leader, but we trusted the leadership of the coaches and the players, and I think that’s why it worked out so well.”
